The Santa Barbara Wine Collective has teamed up once again with Helena Avenue Bakery to present ‘Toast’ Tuesdays.  Chef Bryan Foehl prepares three ‘Toasts’ on Helena Avenue Bread topped with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Each Toast will be paired with a wine from SBWC’s member producers.

This week’s lineup:

rye bread, lox, capers, dill, lemon zest, salt & pepper
